I bought a Thinka with PRO functionality. Is the PRO Software shipped with the product?

The PRO functionality is a software only feature. Upon shipment you will receive a mail with instructions on how to activate the Thinka PRO functionality. The email contains a link.

It will redirect you to your order history on your account at https://shop.thinka.eu/resellers/orders/history (resellers) or https://shop.thinka.eu/customer_accounts/orders/history (customers). Both links (Reseller and Customer) are reachable from the shop.


The new features (IP Gateway and VPN Server) will become available the next day or after restart.
