KNX is fully-approved as an International Standard (ISO/IEC 14543-3) as well as a European Standard (CENELEC EN 50090 and EN ISO 22510) and Chinese Standard (GB/T 20965). The KNX standard is maintained and further developed by the KNX Alliance. This is a community consisting of 500 manufacturers, 8000 certified products, and 95,000 trained and licensed KNX system integrators. It operates 500 training centres in 190 countries.
