Push buttons allow you to trigger actions in HomeKit by pressing Z-Wave buttons.
After adding your Z-Wave push button device on Thinka you will see supported scenes and events under Information tab on the device detail page
If you are on the beta channel you'll find the device In Homekit too:
When you click on the details of the Push button you'll see the option to configure each button:
