Refund Policy

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item directly purchased from the Thinka website from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your Thinka must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
Your Thinka must be in the original packaging complete with network cable, power adaptor and user manual.
Your Thinka needs to have the original invoice or proof of purchase.
When applying for a refund contact us before returning the Thinka to us.
You must send the Thinka back within 14 days of informing us.

2.
Refund
We can arrange pick up of the Thinka if preferred. Once we receive your Thinka, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Thinka. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the Thinka.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment..
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your method of payment.

3.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Thinka. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in case Thinka paid for it.
